- A guided tour of the 2012 Honda CR-VThe Honda CR-V's popularity is not in question. Consistently one of the best-selling (if not THE best-selling) compact SUVs year in and year out, the CR-V has also been a steady reviewer favorite. At the end of 2011, the latest iteration of this model landed in showrooms. We spent some time with it ourselves, and can say without hesitation that the CR-V […]

- A new and (p)interesting way to shop onlineJust a year ago when I was moving into my first apartment, my cousin sent me an invite to a site she thought could help me shop for my new digs: Pinterest. - Are you buying a big-screen TV for the big game?Over the years, the Super Bowl has grown from just being a game for all the marbles at the end of the NFL season to a near-universal day of celebration and parties that even non-fans can enjoy. This stroller is comfortable for my little one. It has a lot of padding for her comfort, and the leg adjusts from up to down, depending on what your baby prefers. It is sturdy, and does NOT feel cheap at all. I would not recommend this for tall parents though, I am 5’5″ and it’s perfect for me but anyone much taller may end up slouching over. I do kick the wheels too, but that has never bothered me. It is very well made and high quality materials were used. the handles are comfortable, it is very easy to assemble, and it is very stylish!

Good things are recline very deep ,my kids had good sleep with this one.
But handle is hard for me ( I’m 5F /100 LB very small).

I did so much research trying to find an umbrella stroller that I could use for travel because I have an older toddler who is tall too. It was quite frustrating because there weren’t that many choices. I know I have read lots of reviews that an older toddler should be able to walk but if you travel extensively, they get tired and sometimes want to sit (can you blame them?). Also, it’s easier for me too. Anyway, it boiled down to a Keekaroo or a Maclaren and price was not the decision making criteria for me, I would have gladly paid more if it meant getting something of good quality that people were happy with. I wanted to hear about the reviews and that ultimately made me take the chance on the Keekaroo even though I couldn’t see it in person. The reviews were so polarizing on the Maclaren and for the price, I didn’t want to take the risk of being dissatisfied. I just received my Keekaroo Lilac Mist today and I must say, I am impressed and it exceeded my expectations. I am one of those parents who is so particular about everything, I had an awesome Peg Perego stroller for baby and now needed something of the same quality but lighter and still comfortable for an older child. The Keekaroo looks like it is made of high quality/sturdy, has a fold back sun visor (not pictured), has a footrest for baby or just a deeper seat for an older kid, has good quality frame and wheels, easy to figure out how to open/collapse after reading the instructions, I assembled it easily myself, and comes with the extra strap included, peekaboo window in the sunshade, padded seat cushion and nicely cushioned with a pillow headrest, and adjustable seat recline. It is true that it is not as light as you’d expect because it is a pretty good size/relatively tall and I am happy with the tradeoff of it being slightly heavier for a roomier fit for my child. I’m glad I didn’t pay the over $200 for a Maclaren because this is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I cannot wait to try it out on our next trip and hope it stands up to the test of time. Well worth taking the chance, I am very happy and so is my child!

We purchased this stroller about a year ago as an alternative to our UPPABaby Vista (which is FABULOUS). We wanted a smaller stroller for air travel. When it arrived, we were both very impressed with how it looked — it is very stylish and the colors are great. We also found that it was great while traveling. Our baby (6 mo at that time) was able to sleep in it comfortably, even on bumpy roads and sidewalks — this stroller has great shocks. Unfortunately, the stroller has been falling apart, and we don’t use it very often (maybe once a month on average). The mechanism that keeps it closed when folded snapped off, the sun shade is crooked, a few bolts have fallen off which prevents it from opening and closing all the way, and the basket broke. Also, all the screws are rusted even though it is stored in our dry garage. We are trying to get replacement parts, but it has been difficult since we didn’t buy it directly through Keekaroo. Overall, it is a good looking and stylish stroller, but it is not well built as we have quickly discovered.
Note: 12/15/09 I just wanted to revise the above review…we have since been in touch w/ Keekaroo & the customer service was very friendly and helpful. They are mailing us a new stroller & a prepaid box to return the old one. Maybe we just had a lemon b/c all of the other reviews are great.

Just had to come back and say that I am very pleased with the purchase of my Keekaroo Stroller. I got the Lilac and Brown one. I’ve had it now for a few months. My daughter is very comfortable in her stroller. I was looking a for an easy light weight, but with all bells and whistles of the travel system. I love the big tires, the suspension, the foot rest adjuster, the 5 point harness, it’s easy to carry has a handle, easy to open, and easy to close. I can do open it with my daughter in one arm and she weighs 20 pounds. I get many compliments on how stylish it is as well so that is a plus. I highly recommend it. The only thing I would improve is making the little window on the sun shade open so air could filter through, instead it has a plastic cover over the mesh opening. The packaging was also very high end looking. It has a comfortable pouch for storing your keys, phone etc. I just purchased the sunshine kids cup holder for 10 bucks to hold a cup. It also does not fall back when carrying a diaper bag etc. Very sturdy and looks great. I currently use it for my 1 year old, but even my 5 year old sits in it when baby is not in and she is comfortable. I also like the adjustable back, it is not flimsy pull string, it actually holds up and has varied positions.
